For some reason, I'm now leaning towards another early-1940's Dodge. |

Yes. Dodge T-Series or W-Series. |

1939-47 Job-Rated stake with the 1941-47 cowl-mounted park lamps, which makes indeed this truck a W-Series (T-Series for the 1939 MY, V-Series for the 1940 one, W-Series for 1941-47). There is no clue in this picture to give a more precise MY. It seems to be a 9 ft./2.74 long bed (to be compared with the 7.5 ft./2.29 m long bed of the "small" stakes), i.e a WD-20 1-ton, a WF 1½-ton, a WG 1½-ton "Heavy-duty" or a WH 2-ton stake. Or if it is a 12 ft./3.66 m long bed, then it can only be a WF, a WG or a WH model. But once again, the picture gives not enough details to get a better identification. ⇒ 1941 Dodge W-Series Stake -- Last edit: 2015-02-22 02:21:45 |
