Can't prove it but I'd guess this is probably the S-type seen earlier in the movie. The reg doesn't check out as an NS and I don't have a listing for the S class. |

Most of the other AEC S-Types listed have the model year of 1922. Anything visible to indicate otherwise? |

XV 6848 was London series which sequentially should have been used between XU and XW in autumn 1924, but mysteriously did not appear. Some XV plates - (5001 to 6000) - were allocated to commercial vehicles from October 1928, but no info what others emerged or when. |
