 1959 L'Aronde Etoile 6, I suppose.

 Yes, a P60 Etoile, by the lack of overriders. But these came for model year 1960, and the one shown here seems to have the small Simca writing on top of the hood, instead of separate lettering between the hood and the grille. This makes it a 1961+ model. It is impossible to see wether it's a 6 or a 7, though.
