Not 1973? The bumper seems to be smaller than the heavy one from 1974. By the plates these tourist seems to play in one team with the strange(!) 504. |

It seems to be a 1973 US-spec 140 the bumper is of the small type but mounted a bit lower and with more space to the body compared to euro-spec cars. |
