I'd say a Mini MkIII.

By the way, what's doing this lady along the road?

She's hitchhiking.

Not just Mini (either 850 or 1000)?

Well, "Austin" vanished officially in 1977.

Just looked what say experts:

And you're right, Austin and Morris brand disappeared after closing Cowley plant.

In 70s prospects the car has name "Mini", with British Leyland badge extra.

And hard to say 850 or 1000. :X

She dreams of a glamorous life as a fashion model in the big city, so one day she leaves the farm to pursue her dream.

This plate is boring, just München. This one would be more attractive -for me ;) - /vehicle_265051-Simca-1000-1969.html Looks like SOG (Schongau)
