It's appears to have a prop Illinois Electric Vehicle License Plate. However, the sequence is backwards. It should be A374EL. The A prefix indicates the vehicle can travel over 45 MPH. I'm not sure that the Prius should have the electric vehicle plates. The law says it must be electric powered only, and not use any fuel. Hybrid vehicles do use fuel.
