This looks like Russian ZIL 150 or its Chinese version Jiefang CA10.

Details of the Jiefang CA10:

This one has 9 slots in the grille and is a ZiS 150.

The other one in this movie is, I would agree, a Jiefang.

Should it be written "ZiS" or "ZIS"? (i.e. should I renamed the other "ZIS" to "ZiS"?)

Good question!
In kyrillic it is 'ЗиС' and in long 'Завод имени Сталина'.
Transcribed it would be 'ZiS' and 'Zavod imeni Stalina' which translates to 'Plant of Stalin's name'.
Before and after Stalin the factory was named 'ZiL' (Zavod imeni Likhacheva) and today they use a small middle letter:

Therefore it would probably be correct to write 'ZiS' and 'ZiL' likewise.
