Yes, either Dodge Diplomat or Plymouth Gran Fury. I've been trying to find any letters at the grille but failed due to the darkness. For a couple of seconds, I thought I saw at least five little dots which could stand for "Dodge", but I guess that was just my imagination. |

It's a Dodge Diplomat for sure. Since this is a civilian model, I think the first possible model year would be 1980. It's no newer than a 1985 as it lacks a third brake light. |
