I'd say a jaguar XJ8 3.2 or 4.0 1999+ |

With the chrome window frames and silver door handles it looks more like a Sovereign or something than a base-level 3.2 Sport. And this is an X300 not an X308. There's no V12 badge on the B-pillar so it's an XJ6. -- Last edit: 2009-08-10 12:37:10 |

What do you mean "then 1999"? The X300 finished in 1997 ![]() |

OK , I mistook, I have some lacks in my documentation on 1990's cars... ...but if you know the X300 finished in 1997 , then you could say when it started with this trim level ... come on , I know you can do it ![]() |

X300 started in 1994 but this is a US car, maybe it was introduced there the following year. Personally I think I think when there's a chassis/model code, it isn't always necessary to add a default year. I have to admit I often use wikipedia when checking the years of cars because it's so quick to use (I don't have loads of car manuals and magazines sitting around me), I know what everyone has said about wikipedia but I think it gets at least the basic facts correct (and I think it has improved over the last few years). -- Last edit: 2009-08-10 13:32:53 |
