According to this website, the Cadillac Seville first received clear turn signals/parking lights in 1983: http://www.motorera.com/cadillac/cad1980/CAD83S.HTM (However, the Seville pictured above has a 1980-1982 grill so I can only assume that it was replaced). |

The '83-'85 Seville had the same front end treatment and it's the one shown below http://amcar.fvn.no/brochures/cadillac/83cadillac/bilder/11.jpg Which makes this car an '83 at the oldest. |
