I think, they are rubber-protectors for the bumpers. Probably because of the traffic in N.Y. (and the N.Y. way of driving...) |

The black lines on the bumper-edges are rubber-protectors. The black parts besides the plate, too, I would say. US-police-cars have iron-bars, but at N.Y.-taxis I have only seen rubber-bars. Quite thick and strong, but rubber anyway. -- Last edit: 2009-04-06 19:57:28 |
