In 1959 it would be subsidiary of Borgward and was the maker of trucks and vans under Borgward licence. In 1959 it would be subsidiary of Borgward and was the maker of trucks and vans under Borgward licence. These would be known as models from 'Borgward Iso Española, S.A.'.
