American Ford Ranger with a non US cab? Probably a foreign built version?

It's México, so it probably is.

I guess this is the same one, though it's odd that when you see a view from the inside you also see an insignia on the bonnet.

^ not sure if those decals are factory.

Newly found information indicates that Mexico received the older 1998-2000 NA fascia for 2004-2005 on their Crew Cab models (sourced from RA). 2006 models, in MEX, received new door handles (extremely large compared to NA spec's measly style), new updated fascia to mirror NA spec Rangers, and a few other minor things.

I did not find any Mexican spec brochures to confirm the 2004 lineup but I suspect the Crew Cabs came from RA while, and this isn't confirmed, the SuperCab/Regular Cab came from the US? What we do know is both the RA built and US built versions are showing up in Mexico on used car sites.
