For the 1st generation C-Series, and from 1960 to 1962 only. The Action Line era C-40 were medium-duty models with the 96" BBC cab.

This truck has non standard racks, so it can't help to identify the model. Depending on the wheelbase, it could be a C-20 or a C-30.
