The model shown here appears to be an open-top version used by high-ranking Chavista figures in official parades. Infodefensa site have information about the TIUNA (of the companies that created the vehicle, some specs and the date manufacturing began). Link to "www.infodefensa.com" According to Army Guide site, the Tiuna have the chassis code "UR-53AR50" and it seems there is an anti-tank variant with the chassis code UR-103, though I am not certain about the latter, as it is simply referred to as "103". https://www.army-guide.com/eng/product4839.html

I assume the CENARECA part is because the vehicle was initially presented under that brand (not to mention that the source dates back to 2006), whereas EMSOVEN was established to formalize the assembly partnership between CENARECA and CAVIM.
