2006+, although I'm almost sure it was probably a 2008 due to the product placement. |

Sort of strange to see new Ford’s in "24" as I thought Toyota was sponsoring the show now? |

Actually, Hyundai is sponsoring the show. But I haven't seen any of them yet. |

I'm sure there's many different brands sponsoring it, it's not just Ford like in previous years. |

Actually, I think Ford dropped their sponsorship after Kiefer Sutherland's DUI. |

I don't think shows have more than one sponsor per product type. They would only have one car company. Ford wouldn't want to fight Toyota to get screen time for their products. -- Last edit: 2009-01-14 00:18:06 |

I think the sponsorship/product placement deals only last for one season. For whatever reason, Toyota decided not to this time around. They were a few Hyundais in "24: Redemption" (/movie.php?id=813980). "24: Redemption" was made after the first several episodes of "Day 7" were shot. I'm sure they'll show up later. The guy who delivered the subpoena to Jack in Sangala rode in a Santa Fe. (/vehicle_201924-Hyundai-Santa-Fe.html) -- Last edit: 2009-01-14 02:56:44 |
