Japanese domestic model Hilux Surf - note the extra wing mirror. Fake British number plate but the main picture and first thumbnail look to me like real UK locations. The architecture in the second thumbnail has more of a North American flavour. I would guess that this car is "played" by two different vehicles, one in Canada and one in the UK.
