 The front is in the look-a-like-style of a Mercedes R 107.

 On their very own website, B&B says "B&B Preferred, LLC, has been providing golf cart front and rear cowls to the Golf Cart Industry for almost five years now" (emphasis added). That kind of rules them out for a movie made in 1992.

 I found a couple matches for this Mercedesque.
This one had no manufacturer info: http://www.flickr.com/photos/mr38/2843434135/sizes/l/in/photostream/
And this one is identified as a Melex, though I'm not sure if it's a custom body on a Melex chassis or an official Melex product: Link to "www.bestvaluegolfcars.com"
Another cart with the same front end (though clearly based on a different golf cart model), also identified as a Melex: Link to "www.ebay.ca"
