Agree, the chassis can be something sourced from Chinese manufacturer even the owner or the operator of the bus can "stock" fake "Toyota" badge by them... If there is a clearer view of the rims, more guesses of this model can be done but still there can be no exact answer of the model of the bus at the screenshot.
