Agree, the chassis can be something sourced from Chinese manufacturer even
the owner or the operator of the bus can "stock" fake "Toyota" badge by them...

If there is a clearer view of the rims, more guesses of this model can be done
but still there can be no exact answer of the model of the bus at the screenshot.
Chinese manufacturer of Toyota Coaster sized can still use 5 screws rims like
real Toyota Coaster...

it's possible that it was manufactured by Yangcheng... in my impression, Yangcheng has a model with a similar design and paint scheme to this one, and it's also a local manufacturing factory in the filming location.
