Yes, it has the updated bumper. The way the bumper is bent, it looks like its sad (frowning) I’d be sad if I were left in that condition. |

I'm not sure if I can recall seeing this one. Then again this scene was fast-paced, so I might have missed it. |

Not to ruin anyones fun and enjoyment of the movie, but why are there so many vehicles on these desert backroads? Are these roads the ones that people hypothetically used in the evacuation of the cities and all the owners just went and dissappeared? |

It could be that they (the people) were trying to flee something, most likely the machines in a sort of evacuation. What you should focus on is the fact that the vehicles were abruptly stopped in mid-evacuation. It is a visual cue, to drive home the point that whatever happened, happened fairy quickly. Usually what happened is revealed in other sensitive scenes, through character dialogue, or both. Usually this also means the people perished trying to escape. Such as the case of I Am Legend (2007) All the cars you see belonged to people trying to flee the city (concrete barriers, police and military vehicles made makeshift evacuation routes to direct the flow of traffic out of the city) But yet they still remain, years after the event. Implying that not everyone made it out of the city and that the evacuation was abruptly stopped. /vehicle_149474-Chevrolet-Camaro-1991.html |

After the what happened to the world's cities in Terminator 3 its most likely people had panicked. The reason the cars are facing both ways might be because some were going into the ruined cities to see what they could get from what was left of there homes and find family and friends. The cars coming out would be because of evacuations. The cars are abandoned most likely because of traffic(Grid Locks)on these roads. Cars might have broke down, ran out of fuel, crashed, or vandalized. So the people of these cars left and abandoned the cars. |
