Found a few pictures showing 2 different vehicles at different angles and they appear to be based on UAZ 452 or their variants indeed.

Though I can't seem to find if they had specific names or designations, like with most specialty vehicles based on something mass-produced in the USSR.

Maker seems KAG from Kaunas.

I can't trace any hearse connection with KAG. In theory, it is possible, given that they ceased their bus manufacturing sometime in 1990 (and they built very very few buses by then, to the point where only 3 or 4 preservable KAG's are left nowadays), so in their spare time, they might have expanded their business by building specialty vehicles like hearses, but that's purely a speculation.

There were some other small-time coach-builders in LSSR, but very little is documented about such ventures.
