I believe those were just called Datsun/Nissan PickUp in Sweden https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datsun_truck . |

If 1983+ is correct, it's a Nissan as they changed the name from Datsun in around that time. Also this extended cabin was called "King Cab" (and not PickUP which was used for the shorter cabin.). |
