You are correct on it being a Civic, but with that specific color, I'd narrow it down to 1998-2001 only. That color in question, looks to be in Passion Orange, which is exclusive to the SiR model. ![[Image: 1999-honda-civic-sir-743-1211047_2.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/26464/25/1999-honda-civic-sir-743-1211047_2.jpg) According to this forum, SiR Civics fitted with the B16A engine are designated with an "EK4" chassis code.
