All-orange sidelights were usually a late 60s+ US-spec, but no sidemarkers or headrests. Mirrors also late 60s to early 70s. Bumpers without rubber on over-riders are usually pre-1971, and it's a very high ride height so. My hunch is possibly a 75+ rubber bumper which has been retro'd with 60s bumpers and bits.
