Isn't it a real concept car? Was it purely made for the movie?

if the Lancia concept had a kid with a Lamborghini , yeah, that could look like this...

The Stratos Zero inspiration is unmistakable, but I haven't found a real car that matches this one. If it is CGI, it's really well done.

Are there any shots where human actors interact directly with the exterior of the car? Touch it or open the doors or anything? That could reveal what physical car they used for filming as a stand-in.

Some resemblance to the 2012 Bertone Nuccio concept which reimagines the original Lancia Stratos Zero concept, possibly blended with a generous dollop of Bizzarrini Manta.

Its very much a modern looking Lancia Stratos concept - the question is, was it a physical prop or was it CGI? I sent an email to the film's director of photography to see if he was able to let us know!
