April 1963 Le Mans test weekend - compare http://www.racingsportscars.com/type/photo/Rover/BRM%20Turbine.html - but already has rear spoiler lip which was not present on first unveiling. Strange cabin (is that a Mini rear screen??) was later used as a template for Popemobiles .....
