But it looks like a newer 1960+ VDP - grille surround without top mascot, thin C-pillar (would be shiny except for possible screen effect). And VAT 69 was the name of well-known 60s blended whisky so maybe the chairman's limo with cherished plate captured by chance in a posh London street??
