Does this qualify as a golf cart?

I reckon this one is the same? (the other photos online all show the new golf buggy)

Warner Brothers VIP Tour vehicle. By the wheels and ride height, it appears significantly beefier than a standard golf cart. I found several pictures of this model. This one of tram #34 provided the best view: https://www.flickr.com/photos/sarah_g/2982892876/ "Fore-Par Group" logo on the front.

I found former Warner Brothers tram #32 for sale listed as "2006 Fore-par Street Legal Tram": https://offerup.com/item/detail/bcfad735-5a61-3459-bb37-ce9c34827d36 - The "street legal" qualifier is reinforced by the presence of license plates on a couple examples I found (no results on the smog test site because they're electric, and no results on CarFax). The listing helpfully includes a picture of the owner's guide:

WB for "Warner Brothers", 14 I assume is the passenger capacity.

I would like a closer view of the logo on tram #17, though: Link to "imageio.forbes.com"

^ so they potentially just took the EZGO shuttle and reinforced and stretched the frame to accommodate more seats and weight ?

I think it's E-Z-Go bodywork mounted onto an entirely custom chassis. Looks like they also widened them to accommodate 3-across seating in the rear rows.

The standard version also sold as the Cushman Bellhop: https://www.usedtaylordunn.org/2002-cushman-electric-bellhop-golf-cart.html

kinds of weird frankly, if they do the effort to do chassis why not the extra mile and do some new original fiberglass body too

like something like this
