Different Woods. Francis A. Woods's cyclecar company started mass production in 1913 and claimed they were building 1000 cars per month in 1914 but went out of business by the end of 1916: https://www.volocars.com/vehicles/12968/1914-woods-mobilette

The other Woods was founded by Clifton Woods in 1899 and lasted until 1918, mostly building electric cars: Link to "www.hagerty.com"

To keep things complicated, both companies were headquartered in the Chicago area.
