 The audio commentary identifies these as BMC-made Mini Mokes.

 All UK Mokes - whatever the badges - were made at the Austin Longbridge factory (wiki says some early ones were built by Morris at Cowley but I think this is wrong). BMC was only used as the brand for army Mokes, not civilian. Agree this badge looks short and maybe BMC instead of Austin or Morris, but it does not look an army spec model.
