You are right :) its TARK MRS-1-52
https://minevikumasin.ee/mudelid/?action=mudelid&ID=28 (MPC is cyrillic with latin alphabet)
https://varjupaik.jjts.ee/m.php?action=eksponaat&P=51&S_ID=273

There was also other double cab versions MRS-1-53, MRS-1-53-1, MRS-1-3307, MRS-1-130(ZIL 130).

TART or TARK?
Both exist on the site with similar model names, what's the difference?

Factory/repair workshop name changed.

What makes it especially confusing is many but similar name changes.
Some sources have slight differences but it should be something like this:

1949-1954 Tartu Autoremonditöökoda, TART makes sense here but cant be same as next name so i dont know, TA?
1954-1955 Tartu Autoremonditehas, TART?
1955-28.01.1967 Tartu Autoremonditehas nr. 3, TART No. 3?
1967-1992 Tartu Autode Remondi Katsetehas, TARK?
1992-1997 (RAS) Tartu Autoremonditehas(some one off cars but no serial production, mainly just parts/modifications[box bodys, aluminium dropside bodys, hooklift containers, tail lifts etc])
1997 was sold to OÜ Powertruck(just for info, vehicle manufacturing was ended long ago then)

As far as I know these acronyms for factory name were not used officially(at least in Estonian).
Autoremonditöökoda/Autoremonditehas acronym was usualy ART so T(artu)ART make sense and was used on badge. TARK was/is used a lot(even in booklet about factory) but its acronym for Tallinna Autode Remondi Katsetehas(this workshop made open wheel racing cars "Estonia" /vehicles_make-Estonia.html its pretty much same case, manufacturer was TARK and model/product Estonia x). Ive seen also TARKT(Tartu Autode Remondi Katsetehas) but only few times.

So how we should list those trucks/buses? To be honest im not 100% sure. I imagine not many people know/care enough about this, but any recommendation/thought is welcomed :)

Keep using TART(1949-1954)/TARK[if there is some conflict in future with Tallinn TARK we can use same name for different Make](1967-1992) and adding TART No. 3(1955-1966), for listing vehicles using model(introduction)year to choose Make?
Or keep it simple(but less accurate) and use TART until 1966 and 1967+ TARK?

One variant i actually like is use TA as Make and number for model but this is not used much and may cause confusion because most sources use factory name/acronyms. Also badge didnt use this.

*Older badge(used until 1967) [Image: logo.jpg] have TARTU ART(Autoremonditöökoda/Autoremonditehas) script. New badge came 1967(with name change to Tartu Autode Remondi Katsetehas). [Image: logo2.jpg]

Year for this MRS-1-52 is probably 1978+ or 1979+
1977 test model/prototype, 1978 test batch 100pieces + 21 older vehicles overhauled, 1979 production on the assembly line
Overhauling was important and expected in Soviet Union. Many smaller workshops started with it before made own models/modifications.

pchetv is right not only Tartu made longer cab version trucks but also Nuia EPT and Koeru ART-2 (Autode Remonditehas nr 2).

Just for info some TA models were also exported outside Soviet Union to Cuba, Afghanistan, Mongolia.

Seems complicated indeed :D
I suppose we can use TART by default, and TARK for 1967+ models indeed.
A few should be updated then:
/search.php?resultsStyle=asList&sortBy=2&make=TART&model=
/search.php?resultsStyle=asList&sortBy=2&make=TARK&model=
Or "Tartu" for all ?
