I've seen buses that were repainted into different schemes but kept the old unit #number. 7651 was one of the five buses from it's series (7621-7653) that underwent rebuilds in 1999-2000. Given how this was filmed in Canada and it's the only GMDD NewLook that matched number-wise(along with it's rebuild), I would say this is probably OC Transpo #7651.
