The department maintains a small fleet of older Quantums as fire academy/reserve vehicles when other vehicles go out of service for repairs. The second image is simuliar to the Quantum seen in the main image except with 3T(Training Truck) on the rear passenger sides. While the main image has 4T painted(most likely another fire academy vehicle). I was able to get a screenshot of the Quantum seen in episode 1.02(third image). As far as Engine 72 there is no such Engine or Fire Station 72. The only fire stations that cover the North Shore on Oahu is Station/Engine #11(Sunset Beach), Station/Engine #13(Kahuku), and Station/Engine #14(Waialua). More than likely it's either the same Quantum that had 4T painted on the side in the previous episode or another Quantum they were able to borrow from the fire department as a prop vehicle. As in Hawaii it's somewhat difficult to find and design prop local and state government vehicles for film/television productions. After seeing episode 1x13 the name of the fire station "Engine 72" is stationed at is the Waialua Fire Station(#14) located in Haleiwa on the North Shore on the island of Oahu where the show takes place. Most likely the same engine seen in 1x04. There's no such actual designated fire engine as "Engine 72". This is definitely a different Quantium with an LED light bar and either an in-service/reserve Honolulu Fire Department vehicle or a former one .
