I think I believe it's a about 1927-31 Fiat 520 or 521. It's rather difficult with older cars as some had coach built bodies and thus varied considerably if compared with 'standard' bodies. And also 'standard' bodies varied throughout the years with difficulties to find an exact match as that old brochures are rather rare and restored examples have been done with the parts available, and not the exact original specifications.
