I'd say this is a Ford 3000 Super Dexta from somewhere around 1970 https://www.flickr.com/photos/jimbav/7893214134 . Either made at Basildon, England, or Antwerp, Belgium, as the U.S. made ones looked somewhat different. The skinny rear tyres are special ones using the same width as the front tyres. That way the farmer can save more crops when harvesting in narrow furrows.
