Strange with a red-red Ferguson tractor. Is this a special version made for or made in South Africa. TE = Tractor England, would it be TSA for Tractor South Africa or... |

Can't find any ref to ZA builds, but enough went there for it to get a nickname ‘Vaaljapie’ - apparently from Dutch vaal (“pale, cloudy”) + japie (“Jack or Jim”) and means "Any rough new wine (often of an indeterminate colour) produced privately on farms; any inferior wine, or rough home-distilled brandy". No info on the red livery. |
