one of those ultra obscure tugs which never gets solved due to lack of reference

It's easy enough to find pictures of this tug with early 747s at the factory, but they all focus on the plane and not the tug. :/

it's irrelevant

ground conveyors is full of oddball unknown tugs perfectly visible , the problem is producers didn't put badges on their products and you simply don't find reference material to them

my best guesses Consolidated diesel electric or Oshkoch

they both did some high capacity tugs like
