What's the significance of Broadmoor as an American name?? In Britain, it's a very high-security psychiatric hospital in Berkshire. So I doubt if Studebaker UK would have sold any, unless they changed the name.

Broadmoor is the name of a well-known Colorado Spring resort. Looking at pictures of it online, the architecture does remind me a bit of those early 20th century sanatoriums :D

Funny, each year I write a book for my nephews birthday called "Our cars". One of them actually features a '57 Broadmoor that belongs to a friend of mine :)

All Broadmoors were 4-doors.
Four-door wagons were a welcome addition for '57 after three years of only 2-door offerings.
