Triple taillights per side make it a 1970-1971 Montego MX Brougham, Cyclone GT, or Cyclone Spoiler (Montego, Montego MX, and base Cyclone only had double taillights). Has been stripped of trim and painted flat black, but I'm leaning to Cyclone GT.
