Could this be the Panguna Copper Mine on Bougainville? The '13' on the side matches the style of fleet numbering they used. Civil war caused the mine to be closed and abandoned in 1989, but they left behind a fleet of R-190s: /vehicle_1161859-Euclid-R-190.html |
