Sunbar ◊ 2008-07-09 20:38	Rover P3 or P4 looks very close. Door frame, radiator, wing and lights all appear to be very similar. The only feature that I cannot be sure of is the door handle. Could it be too high and closer to the glass than a P2 or P3? Rover P2 and P3 is about 75% as an identification.

Comparing it with other P2/3s on the site, no, I don't think so. It appears to have wind deflectors, which suggests a postwar model: possibly a 16 or a 75.
