On Yas Marina Circuit driving experiences' website car 06 is used to illustrate the "Formula Yas 3000" class:
https://www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/drive
https://www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/drive/formula-yas

The car has a 3.0L Jaguar V6 with 260 horsepower according to the website.

I tried with authentic F3000 and none match so this must be specially ordered from a supplier like Tatuus, Dallara, Lola, etc but no info

it's same car

Quote Many people dream of driving a Formula 1 car, and PalmerSport's exclusive Formula 3000 single-seater is the closest you’ll ever get to fulfilling that fantasy – and you’ll leave with stunning video footage to prove it!

Powered by a Cosworth-developed 3000cc V6 which thumps out 250 bhp at 6500 rpm, the engine growls as its acceleration pushes you deep into your seat. As you work the six-speed paddle shift on the steering wheel, the car is still accelerating hard as it blasts past 100 mph.

Formula Palmer was a spec series and the chassis were build by Van Diemen
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formula_Palmer_Audi

which means our main one is also a Van Diemen

found an article

so we can have Van Diemen as producer or maybe Palmer Sport ??

Quote . Its lineage can be traced back to the Van Diemen Formula Palmer Audi chassis, rather than the F1 feeder series of the 1980s-2000s, but it has been extensively developed and upgraded. This was the car that I signed up for, and it came with another Brundle briefing.

I'd say we can either list it as Van Diemen Formula Palmer Audi as we have already another with that name (and a few with Van Diemen as make), or maybe as Palmer Jaguar (as make), if it has a Jaguar engine, since we already have others listed that way?

but it's not Van Diemen Formula Palmer Audi but a development of it for tourists at track use

so maybe Palmer F3000 Jaguar as its on their side

https://www.palmersport.com/our-cars/formula-3000

just to mention again it's not a real F3000 car but F3000 inspired
