Did GMC's have the same grill design as Chevrolets?

If the "1952" year was generated per my first comment, it may not be correct. I was overzealous with the beautiful 52 Buick Super to notice the target vehicle for this page. (2nd post)

1947-55 Advance-Design 2-ton COE truck, with the 1947-53 grille. These COEs had 3 possible wheelbases: 110"/2.79 m (1947-48 Thriftmaster, 1949-55 5100), 134"/3.40 m (1947-48 Thriftmaster, 1949-55 5400) and 158"/4.01 m (1947-48 Thriftmaster, 1949-55 5700), but stake bodies were only mounted on 110" (1947 and 1948 only) and 134" models.

This truck has obviously a 134" wheelbase, meaning either a 1947-48 Thriftmaster or a 1949-53 5400. It's for sure not a High-rack truck (1947-50; model code 5419), but without a view of the rear part, it's impossible to see if it's a normal stake (1947-55; 5409 code) or a Stake Express (1947-51?; 5429 code).
