GodzillaFan54 ◊ 2023-04-16 17:07	The Canadian version, the 1960-only Frontenac Though the Frontenac never made it past 1960, in August of that year, a prototype 1961 Frontenac was driven through Canada on a press tour that would have culminated in a photo shoot, but when the Ford Canada employees tasked with driving it there arrived, they were informed that the Frontenac brand had been discontinued with 9'000+ Frontenacs sold, the 2nd best-selling compact car for the 1960 model year! This is the only picture that seems to exist (at least online) of the 1961 Frontenac.

Thank you, very interesting. I bought years ago a (quite rare I presume) 1960 Frontenac brochure, but I didn't know anything about this 1961 prototype.
