Assuming you're correct then it's sold as the Excel over here. Thought it could also be an Elantra.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's an Excel. The grille and headlights doesn't look like the one on the Elantra and it looks too small to be a Sonata.

Hard to notice but just above the large red stylized "Hyundai" text in Arabic are the four models that they were seling in 1992 which are the Excel, Scoupe, Elantra & Sonata.

To prove this further, here's a Saudi ad for the previous generation model

Excel it is.
