With, allegedly, 6 examples ever built, it has to be this Belgian example :

Quote This car was bought in 1988 by the boss of Century Oils, a company specializing in oil for high performance engines.

Also :

Quote They were so comprehensively re-engineered that in 1985 Hartge were granted manufacturer status from the German TUV.

Maybe it's time to grant Hartge a manufacturer status on imcdb as well (if they are proven to be genuine)?

Agree for manufacturer status though there were very very few with their own chassis nr./VIN as I understand it and would be hard to id (Hartge wheels are quite common...). Chasssis# started with W09 or W09H wheres BMWs started with WBA or WBS. [Image: hartgeh35-24-330ps_6.jpg] . I believe the 6 produced H35-24 probably refers to those H35-24 with the M3 body. The H35-24 were also available with the plain E30 body 2 or 4 door [Image: hartgeh35-24-330ps_1a.jpg] <--I have this magazine from back then! These were tuned upto 330 hp, the E30 M3 was at the time at 200 hp (non-cat) and the E30 Alpina B6 at 260 PS so the Hartge one was a bit extreme... (to be fair these wore all different engines but were at the top of the range for E30's for each manufacturer)
