It's a Blazer, but I'll see if anyone else can pin down the year better (I want to say it's a '75 or '76). I'm still not great with these '73-'79 grilles. |

1977-1979 used the 5x3 grille pattern, but the 1979 have the connected chrome headlight/turn signal surround. I think this one is a 1977-78. |
