More likely an Olympia. Few Kadetts in Italy ewere ordered with vinyl roof but this was a popular Olympia option and the Olympia was as popular as the Kadett LS here in Italy |

Agree it looks Olympia - those shiny dome hubcaps are another likely clue. |
