SKOT's were assembled in Poland only. Besides, during 1968 intervention they were also used by Polish forces (this one, however, doesn't loook like Polish one).

but here they say both did it essentially

Citation The Polish designation for the vehicle is the Sredni Kolowy Opancerzny Transporter. Tatra of Czechoslovakia provided the chassis and automotive components and FSC/Lubin in Poland the armoured body and weapon system

So they are all wrong.
First, body and weapons were manufactured by another Polish companies, and FSC only assemblied the vehicles (with Czech supplied parts) for both Poland and Czechoslovakia.

Yes, given the fact that they were finally assembled by FSC.

"1964 Tatra OT-64 FSC Lublin 'SKOT'" - I don't get it. FSC Lublin was the actual make, not Tatra.

Putting is as the alternative name for the vehicle is a strange choice.

With its pretty unique origin isn't 'Tatra' brand, or 'Lublin' as well.
Maybe the best way is choose its own some-kind-of-brand 'SKOT'.

We have many vehicles here with such complicated origins, in such cases the make should be the same as the final manufacturer/assembler - FSC in this case, and model origin CS/PL.

Nah.
So for Polish-used ones it would be "1963 SKOT SKOT 2AP", a total and utter nonsense.
