I can't add anything definite, just some background info as not enough seen clearly to resolve. If it is a Lotus, it has the correct quarter bumpers and hint of logo in grille, and looks like LHD wipers - LHD was available from 1965. But the stripe colour - which seems to be dark blue - is a problem; all road car production (so excluding police and works race/rally cars) had the Sherwood Green side stripe, except for the second LC built in 1963 (65 PH which originally had a special order pale blue stripe. |
